The work shown here won me a work placement at The Point Advertising agency in Norwich http://www.thepoint.co.uk/ which I was pretty chuffed about! The idea was to raise awareness for the simple and understated pencil. I created an idea for an event in which people could take a break from their hectic schedules and get back to basics using pencils at special workshops. I created posters and a miniature booklet to advertise the event. I especially like the booklet; made from a single sheet of A4 paper carefully folded to create an A7, 8 page booklet small enough to fit in your pocket/purse.
